Article 5 – Order
The customer places an order on the YK BEAUTY website.
All orders imply acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale.
An order confirmation is sent by email after payment has been validated.
YK BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an existing dispute with the customer.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

The products are delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Article 8 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal.
⚠️ Important exception – Cosmetic products
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic products unsealed after delivery , for reasons of hygiene and health protection.
Products must be returned unopened, unused and in their original packaging .
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Article 9 – Reimbursement
In the event of a compliant return, the refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products.
The refund will be issued via the payment method used for the order.
Article 10 – Liability
YK BEAUTY cannot be held responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product.
It is the customer's responsibility to check the product's composition before use, especially in the case of known allergies.
Article 11 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the YK BEAUTY website (texts, images, logos, trademarks) are protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction is prohibited without prior authorization.
Article 12 – Personal Data
The personal data collected is necessary for order management and customer relations.

Article 13 – Disputes and applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, the customer may resort free of charge to a consumer mediator , in accordance with Articles L612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code.
In the absence of an amicable agreement, the French courts will have jurisdiction.
